Town halls and all-hands
One interpreted channel per language, in the room or online, so every office hears the same message at the same time.
Town halls, board meetings, negotiations, policies, contracts and product launches — interpreted and translated with the same terminology, in every country you operate in.
STIB is a translation and interpreting partner for multinational companies and their regional headquarters. It interprets global town halls, board and leadership meetings, negotiations and training — on-site or online through Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Webex — and translates policies, contracts, financial and technical documents and product content, all under NDA and from one shared glossary. Portuguese, English and Spanish are the core languages, with more than 40 languages across the network.
One interpreted channel per language, in the room or online, so every office hears the same message at the same time.
Simultaneous interpreting for board meetings, regional leadership reviews and investor sessions, with the board pack studied in advance.
Executive interpreters for negotiations, due diligence and integration meetings, under NDA.
Codes of conduct, HR and compliance policies, and internal communications translated consistently across every language version.
Contracts, financial statements and regulatory filings translated by subject-matter linguists and independently reviewed.
Websites, apps, marketing and training content localised for each market, not just translated.
When each office hires its own translator, the same policy ends up with three names and the same product with two. STIB keeps one glossary for the account — product names, job titles, policy and legal terms — and uses it for interpreting and translation alike. Founded in São Paulo in 2007, with more than 2,500 assignments delivered and over 80 certified interpreters, STIB has interpreters and equipment on the ground in Brazil and the United States and works remotely worldwide.
Yes. A town hall or all-hands can run with one interpreted channel per language, in the room with booths and receivers or online through the interpretation feature of Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Webex. Each language channel is staffed by a pair of interpreters for sessions longer than about an hour.
Yes. STIB builds and maintains a glossary for the account, so product names, job titles, policy terms and legal wording stay the same in every language and every assignment, whether it is interpreted or translated.
Interpreters and translators work under a non-disclosure agreement, and STIB signs the company's own NDA when required. Material is shared only with the linguists named on the assignment.
STIB is headquartered in São Paulo, with an office in Brasília and interpreters and equipment on the ground in Recife, Rio de Janeiro, Campinas, New York, Miami and Los Angeles.
